Terms of use

1. What this site is

This website is a product demonstration created by Amplifier Health to illustrate how the Haven voice model could work alongside QBE. It is not a commercial product, a medical device, or an official QBE property. Nothing on this site is an offer of service.

2. No medical advice

The signal readouts shown here are illustrative values generated locally in your browser for demonstration purposes. They are not clinical measurements, diagnoses, or health advice. Do not make health decisions based on anything shown on this site. Always consult a qualified clinician for medical concerns.

3. Acceptable use

You may browse this site and run the voice demonstration for evaluation purposes. You may not misrepresent the demonstration as a live clinical product, scrape or republish its contents as an official statement of QBE or Amplifier Health, or use it to provide services to third parties.

4. Intellectual property

QBE trademarks, product names, and imagery belong to QBE. Sona-2, Haven, and the demonstration experience belong to Amplifier Health Inc. Use of QBE branding on this page is for the purpose of a partnership demonstration only.

5. Liability

This demonstration is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amplifier Health Inc. is not liable for any damages arising from use of this demonstration site.

Privacy policy

1. Audio never leaves your browser

The voice check-in on this site records and analyzes audio entirely on your device, inside your browser. No audio is uploaded, transmitted, stored, or shared. When the check-in ends, the recording is discarded. There are no audio servers behind this demonstration.

2. No accounts, no tracking

This site has no user accounts, no login, no analytics trackers, no advertising pixels, and no cookies set by us. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any personal information.

3. Third party services

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the site is served by GitHub Pages. Those providers may log standard technical request data, such as IP addresses, under their own privacy policies.

4. Microphone permission

If you choose to run the live check-in, your browser will ask for microphone permission. That permission is used only for the local, on-device demonstration and can be revoked at any time in your browser settings. The simulated check-in requires no microphone at all.

5. Contact

Questions about this demonstration can be directed to Amplifier Health at amplifierhealth.com.
